New study on plasma cell subsets in nasal polyp tissue

We are investigating the diversity of plasma cell populations in nasal polyps using single-cell RNA sequencing and BCR repertoire analysis. Our work aims to understand how distinct plasma cell subsets contribute to airway inflammation and antibody responses.
